# AI Agents Berlin (AIB)

> Berlin's leading community for agentic AI. AIB connects builders, founders, operators, and enterprise leadership working on autonomous agents and the agentic economy. 11,000+ community contacts, 2,000+ agent builders, 40+ partners, 15+ events since May 2024.

AI Agents Berlin (AIB) runs a year-round event series and partner programme focused on applied agentic AI — production systems, not theory. The site at https://aiagentsberlin.xyz presents AIB's track record, sells season partnerships, and drives partnership and membership interest. Its flagship for 2026 is the Agentic Economy Forum on 14 October at Merantix AI Campus, Berlin.

## Intent and offers
- **Primary intent:** sign season partners for the 2026 season (July–December) and Forum sponsors for the Agentic Economy Forum. Current framing: "founding partners, allocated in order of signed agreements." Open-slot counts are deliberately not published on the site.
- **The 2026 ladder (excl. VAT):** Builder Pass — €99 (individual, open); Event Partner — €2,500 per event, 100% credited against a season membership signed before 14 October; Season Member — €4,500 (5 slots); Season Partner — €12,500 (2 slots, includes the Challenge Track: a problem scoped at the Forum, a dedicated Hackathon track, hardening at ClawCamp and a demo at Demo Day).
- **Headline positions** for the Forum and for the season sit above the published ladder and are **discussed on request** — they are deliberately not priced publicly. Single-event packages at the Agentic Economy Forum are also arranged on request. Enquiries for anything involving money go through https://aiagentsberlin.xyz/sponsor, which asks for a budget range and accepts in-kind and "no budget set" answers.
- **Season enablers** contribute capability rather than cash — currently Softstack (deals), Nebius (compute), Circuit, formerly w3.hub (cowork space and AIB's business address), profis.ai (talent), and Merantix Momentum (host of the Forum at the Merantix AI Campus) and The Delta (venues). They are listed separately from the paid ladder and are not season partners.

- **The homepage states four figures, in this order: 40+ partners and sponsors · 500+ AIS26 attendees · 2,000+ agent builders · 11,000+ community contacts.** These are different measures and must not be substituted for one another: 11,000+ is *reachable contacts*, not attendance, and 500+ is attendance at one event (AI Agents Summit 2026), not the community total.

## The 2026 season
A six-month arc from July to December with one curated event per month: ClawCamp Berlin (28 July) → Algorand x402 Workshop & Global Challenge (25 August, online) → Builders & Brews Berlin (29 September) → **Agentic Economy Forum (14 October)** → Agentic Hackathon: From Research to Commerce (19 October) → ClawCamp Berlin #2 (5 November) → AIB Members' Night (26 November) → AIB Demo Day 2026 (10 December). Every event on the roadmap is a member and partner benefit, not a ticketed product.

## Agentic Economy Forum — 14 October 2026
- One day, one room, 150 curated seats at Merantix AI Campus. Free to attend, by application.
- **Three tracks:** (1) Agentic commerce, including stablecoins — agent-to-merchant payments, paid APIs, settlement, identity and guardrails for autonomous spending. (2) Regulation, compliance & AI sovereignty — what enterprises are allowed to deploy, liability and audit trails. (3) Autonomous business models — the new revenue and cost structures of enterprises already running pilots.
- **Audience:** C-level and senior leadership from DACH mid-market tech, alongside selected enterprise. The speaker line-up is being confirmed; no speaker or company should be cited as confirmed on stage until it is named on https://aiagentsberlin.xyz/forum.
- Format: three tracks of keynotes and working panels, a seated lunch, and evening networking until 20:00. Partner formats: a stage partnership, broadcast, lunch, coffee and screen formats, and rooms of a partner's own (case study, capital pitch session, build arena) — arranged on request via https://aiagentsberlin.xyz/sponsor. Sessions are recorded; livestreaming is subject to availability.
