Is the Forum free?

The Forum Pass is free and subject to application approval. The €99 AIB Builder Pass provides a separate access route and benefits across Season 2026, including Build Arena access.

Do Builder Pass holders still need to register?

Yes. Buy the pass, then select the AIB Builder Pass holders ticket on the Forum's Luma page. Pass-holder places are limited per event. Individual workshop capacity is separate.

When will I hear about my application?

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. Your place is confirmed when your Luma registration is approved.

Can I attend both the Main Stage and Build Arena?

Build Arena runs alongside the Main Stage. Choose between the sessions that overlap, and check each workshop's access and preparation requirements before registering.

What should I bring?

Bring a laptop for Build Arena. Tool and subscription requirements vary by workshop and are listed with each session.

What language is the programme in?

English.

Can I pass my seat to a colleague?

No. Seats are approved per person and are not transferable. Your colleague is welcome to apply separately.

Will the sessions be recorded?

Main Stage sessions are recorded and published on the AI Agents Berlin and AI Campus YouTube channels. Livestreaming is subject to availability.
